Our B2B service is aimed at anyone who wants to use our products for a company. In addition to the hospitality and hotel industry, we also equip offices and hairdressing salons, for example, and work with interior designers and selected resellers.
All corporate customers can benefit from an exclusive discount of at least 30% on our products. Individual offers depend on the order volume and the general conditions of the partnership.
B2B customers benefit from exclusive discounts, individual offers and advice, intensive support from a personal contact as well as fast, on-time delivery.
Our tableware experts will be happy to answer all your questions about our products and work with you to design a tailor-made tableware concept to suit your needs. Send us your appointment request by e-mail.

The B2B portfolio includes all products that are suitable for demanding use in a company. Some limited special collections are excluded.

The estimated delivery timeframe is typically between 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive tracking details via email. For larger orders, if delivery is handled by a freight carrier, we will reach out to coordinate a convenient delivery date with you.
Orders within Europe and Switzerland can be placed through our B2B online store. For deliveries to other countries, please reach out to us via email.
Shipping costs are based on the order value and will be shown in your shopping cart during checkout.
For deliveries to Switzerland, shipping fees include customs charges, and we will handle all customs formalities.
For deliveries to countries outside of Europe, we will provide shipping cost details in advance upon request.
Our business customers can pay for orders instantly via credit card or PayPal.
Upon request and after a review, we can enable the option to purchase on account. Invoices for account purchases must be paid by bank transfer within 15 business days.
All items are carefully packaged for shipping. However, if any product arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo and the product details. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

In cases of complaints, affected products can certainly be exchanged. Otherwise, business customers are excluded from the right of return.
